Main responsibilities
• Plan, create and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, content marketing, blogs, website, LinkedIn etc.) to generate leads and drive customer acquisition for the EZHR platform.
• Plan, create and manage the digital content, including posts, reels, videos, and infographics, for our corporate digital assets, such as the website, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's branding and resonance with the target audience.
• Plan, create and manage the online campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads systems, ensuring maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
• Plan, create and manage the Social Media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement, to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including Landing pages, blogs, social media channels, and other SEO activities including meta tags, headings, URLs, and content, for improved visibility and user experience.
• Generate sales and marketing reports, marketing campaigns analysis.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improved search engine rankings.
• Daily planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing multiple paid social campaigns (e.g Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and optimizing SEM/display campaigns on Google Adwords.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets while planning and managing social media platforms.
• Develop quick, creative designs for various marketing materials and channels.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the service industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent written skills, with the ability to create persuasive marketing content.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• At least 2 – 3 years hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads and LinkedIn
• At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in Social media Ads, Paid search/ PPC execution - Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Campaign is an added advantage.
