Our Payroll Process
1) Kick start Meeting to understand your Company :-
We kick start by Introduce our payroll manager, and explain all the payroll matters. Better understand payroll functions you need, discuss on timelines, reporting & etc. that suit for your company.
2) Initial Payroll set-up / Migration from existing systems: -
Registering employers and employees with the relevant authorities such as Employee Provident Fund, SOCSO and Inland Revenue Board (KWSP)
Set-up new or migrating existing employees personal data and payroll files in system based on company policies.
Prepare and apply for new EPF/SOCSO/TAX membership and notify employment details of existing accounts.
Notify KWSP of new employee/apply for new individual income tax file number.
3) Monthly Process Services: -
Processing monthly payroll calculations including:
- Payroll summary
- Allowance reports
- Deduction reports
- Pay revision
- Bonuses etc
Salary reconciliation reports
During monthly payroll cut off, we'll review and update. For example,
- Administering any new hires/new joiners
- Administering any new termination/leavers
- Other salary updates
4) Confirmation: -
Provision of a monthly payroll reports or any other related reports as per your requirement will be forward to you for your review/ approval/confirmation.
5) Disbursement: -
Disbursement of salary to employees via your electronic banking facilities or our trust account.
6) Submission: -
We will do all the submission of periodic statutory returns for you. ie: EPF, IRB, SOCSO, EIS, ZAKAT, , HRDF, Tabung Haji, monthly tax deduction etc.
7) Payslip: -
Issuing payslips can be made available via subscribing our ePayslip download or emailing and send to you for further distribution to individual staff.
8) Annual Compliance Services: Yearly EA and 'E' Forms: -
Prepare & reconcile annual payroll register
Preparation of EA forms to individual staff for them to perform individual tax filing in February month; together with E form for the employer.
